Palliative Care: Survivorship in 2021
The Partnership to Reduce Cancer in Rhode Island is proud to send you a Save the Date for our statewide 2021 Annual Cancer Summit. The summit, which is titled “A Decade of Promise for Pediatric Cancer and Palliative Care: Survivorship in 2021,” will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2021. It will be located at the Crowne Plaza Warwick at 801 Greenwich Ave, Warwick, RI 02886.
The summit will feature Jessica Marfeo, RN, BSN, ONC as our keynote speaker, who will share her story as a pediatric cancer survivor and how that has impacted her decision to pursue a career in the healthcare industry and recognize the importance of palliative care for all ages. This is a wonderful opportunity to show support to the community, its organizations, and the Partnership.
This year’s conference is being offered as an in-person and a live, virtual event for streaming. Each option will have their own registration link for attendance, which you can find below.
CEUs for nurses, social workers, licensed mental health counselors, certified health education specialists, and cancer registrars will be available.
Sponsor and exhibitor opportunities are also available. If you are interested, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Partnership looks forward to seeing you at the 2021 Annual Cancer Summit!
